I'm not really a great cook, since i'm pretty young (15) and don't cook as often! give me advice and sorry if it looks too bad !

Are you sure that you are using udon? The noodles look a little too flat.

I think the biggest key to most Japanese cooking is having access to the basic condiments ; dashi, white stock, ponzu, short grain sticky rice.
Keep cooking ALL of the good food while slowly getting your hands on daily Japanese ingredients. You’re already more skilled than most men in college (at least the ones I knew), keep it up!
Looks all fine, but asking people to look at pics of your cooking is not going to help you, you gotta fine people to taste them and make adjustments based on inputs.
