I'm considering buying an apartment about 80m2 in Tokyo. I want to do a little renovation, mainly to the 2 bedrooms. I want to knock down some (maybe 2-3) walls, move them to a different position, changing the position of the doors, and install some custom wall cabinets (floor to ceiling). Wondering if anyone has done this kind of small renovation and can advise on how much this could potential cost? Ballpark is fine.

For more context: I'm not planning to DIY this. This apartment has been fully renovated, but there are a few things I wanna change, and I'm planning to hire the same builder who just renovated it to do the work, as I assume they already have the blueprint and I want to use the same materials to maintain consistency. I'll definitely discuss with them but wanna kinda get an idea of the potential costs so that I can account for it before making a bid on this property. My budget is around 20 million for the renovation
