Hi all,
First time visitor to Japan here.
So tonight (Sep 16, around 23:15) we heard some vehicle with a rising siren going through the area and announcing things over a loud speaker that we could not understand.
We are staying near Yotsuya station.
It didn’t sound anything like a regular emergency response vehicle and it came back aouple of times, about 1 minute apart.
Any ideas what it was?
