Foreign Style Glasses Shop in Osaka/Tokyo

I bought a pair of frames back in North America (French brand “Sabine be”) this frame to be specific: https://sabinebe.com/boutique/nouveautes/be-clush/

I want to fill my prescription into theses frames, however, all the popular glasses shops have said they are too big of frames and they can’t fill them (JINS, Zoff, Tokyo Glass Company, etc.)
They recommended going to a bigger city like Osaka or Tokyo looking for a shop that sells foreign/specialty frames and asking there if they could fill my prescription.

Does anyone have any stores that they know of that may be able to fill this frame, or that sells foreign glasses brands in Osaka or Tokyo that may be worth asking.

Edit since this has come up a couple times I have checked out other shops (higher end ones in my prefecture) such as Kaneko Megane-ten among others. They all said to try more foreign glasses specialty shops in bigger cities. I just didn’t want to see try the big chains as that was my first try and then I went to higher end shops and they still said to look for more foreign catered shops.
