Have you looked on Suumo? You can filter a bunch of things including location, train line, various initial cost features, etc.
My husband and I used the Suumo office near Meitetsu Gifu Station. I don’t remember our agent’s name, but we basically went in with a list of places we had found online and then he pulled up a few more he thought would appeal to us. Agency fees are always going to be around 0.5 month’s rent regardless of who you go with, I believe.
