I received the postcard with instructions and I am planning on having my mom pick it up in my stead. I asked my company for a leave to get it myself but they declined and unfortunately the earliest date they’re willing to give me is already way past the pick up date.
I’m wondering what additional documents do I need to prepare for my mom? I searched for an authorization letter from the embassy but I’m not sure if it’s the correct one.
