Where do I buy scented candles and incense?

Back in my country I was able to get scented candles and incense in my countrys equivant of 100 yen shops. I want some candles and incense for my new apartment but I couldn't seem to find any. Can anyone tell me where to get them? Preferably affordable and cheap ones, yankee candle is too expensive
