I'm going to Japan for the first time on October 4th, and planning to visit Hakone on October 8th. I've already booked the Hakone Free Pass, and I will exchange the voucher in Shinjuku the same day (October 8th). I have a few questions : Do I need to book places for activities in Hakone, or is it really unlikely that pirate ships, trains, and cable cars, will be 100% full ? If I have to book places, is it via the Hakone Pass on the day you change it ? I'm afraid to go there and to be disappointed due to a lack of organisation haha,
