Rakuten investments/NiSA

My main credit card is from rakuten and I also use Rakuten mobile so I figured I'd go in deeper into the ecosystem and use them for investing.

Seems like i can use their credit card for NISA and investments to get some free points in the process.

For those already in the Rakuten ecosystem, how much per month of spending do i need to hit before its worth changing from my regular cc to their gold or premium? I dont travel much so those airport lounge perks are wasted on me. On average, my monthly credit card bill averages around 60,000.

Also always up for any advice you nice people have for a newbie into investing! Such as if i have decent savings in the bank, should i max out nisa even if it means using 70% of my monthly pay after bills?
