Recs for Kansai job recruiters?

I’m not looking to immediately switch jobs, but I’d like to know my value in the market and what kind of career opportunities exist for someone with my experience. So I would like to talk to a recruiter or two in the Kansai (mainly Osaka & Kyoto) area. Anyone from Kansai have any recommendations or positive experiences?
(I’m fluent in Japanese so it doesn’t have to be geared towards English speaking)
