Suggestion for a MTB Cycle under ¥ 100,000

Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking to buy a hardtail MTB under 100,000 yen. I live in Tokyo and most of the time I will be riding through the city and sometimes I want to hit the trail. I’m fairly new to Mountain Biking. Because of which I’m thinking for a hardtail.

Please suggest me any good bike for somewhere 100,000 (plus minus).
So far, I think Trek Merlin 6 might work. But i suspect that bike is not available in any Tokyo trek store.
I’m up for 2nd hand as well if it involves a good bike under the same range not more than 1-2 years old. Also please suggest what are the good trails nearby Tokyo.
