28 days itinerary that includes skiing

Hi we’re planning a 28 day honeymoon from Jan 4th to Feb 3rd approximately and will be flying into and out of Tokyo Haneda. What would be a good 28 day itinerary that included skiing? Is it worth going to Hokkaido if we’ve only been once before and are average instead of going to Hakuba valley or somewhere nearer. Thank you for any responses
