Place to spend time in Tokyo during rainy evening

I'm looking for an indoor place where I can spend an evening with my gf during rains. We're tired of restaurants and are looking for something more fun, preferably romantic and not expensive. We're in our late 20s/early 30s. Would appreciate any ideas.
