Recently passed my driving test here – trying to navigate car seat rules for kids

I recently passed my test and looking to get a car, I have a 4 year old and read "The use of a child seat, junior seat, or baby seat is legally required for children under 6 years of age."

Question: By 'junior seat', do they mean booster seat? My daughter is too big for a child seat – she is very tall for her age.
