  1. The change in weather is very much welcome, and there’s the korean/chinese proverb, [天高馬肥](https://i.imgur.com/xqUiLvT.jpg) (sky high horse fat), which here seems to go 天高く馬肥ゆる秋–てんたかくうまこゆるあき, “autumn comes with harvest time and clear weather; autumn with the sky clear and blue, and horses growing stout”

  2. I want to open an Interactive Brokers account and plan to trade in USD.
I’m not a Japanese national, but I currently live in Japan. I’m also not a US national.

Which Interactive Brokers should I use? The IBKR or IBSJ? Thank you.

  3. If I want to open a NISA account for eMaxis Slim, is there a way to do it offline? (from what I can tell MUFJ offers that, but why is it worse than doing it online?)

I do not have much financial presence online, and I would prefer a more traditional way if possible.
