LLC question for complex situation

Hey everyone,

This is a bit different from the usual LLC quesiton, I believe. I am currently in Japan with a Spouse Visa (got here in 2017, then left from 2021 to 2023, then acquired a new visa).
Me and my family are not looking to stay in Japan another full year (also considering moving tax residence elsewhere down the line), but I am launching a few SaaS services and I'd rather not do it as sole proprietor.
I was considering opening an LLC in the states, with a connected us bank account, that could provide some stability while moving across countries for a couple years.

Reasons for not wanting to have a local company here: language and impossibility to handle things from abroad.

Honestly, my JP bank accounts are a huge hassle to handle whenever I am not here, and roaming phone plans are broken. Plus, I genuinely, honestly don't want to deal with the bureaucracy of opening a company here – so far I've done everything as a sole proprietor – because I could not, in the last year, find a single accountant/advisor who spoke english and could handle the situation.

Lastly, I don't want my finances to be in the hand of a country that can freeze any of my bank accounts unless I am physically here (they did when I left, had to physically go to the branch to unfreeze them, even if my wife was still here)

EDIT: indeed, the question didn't paste back after reddit crashes.
The question is: what kind of tax do I pay in japan next year if I open the LLC now while tax resident here? Do I have to pay double taxes? The LLC would not be taxes in the states as far as I know.
Basically, does it make sense to open the LLC now? Any other option?
