I want to take my buddy's bike for a ride but saw a few guys pulled over to the side of the road by the cops the other day and they looked foreign. I've never seen any Japanese person pulled over on their bike so it just made me think. Will I run the risk of being pulled over if I take the bike out? I don't have a helmet and obviously the bike isn't registered to me – will that be a problem if I do get pulled over? Normally I wouldn't give it a second thought but seeing those guys dealing with the police the other day just made me second guess myself. I'd appreciate any insight you can offer.
