Hi guys, I plan on proposing to my gf soon and I'm looking for locations in Osaka to get an engagement ring. I'm wanting a stone and something like white gold or platinum (just that kind of colour scheme). I got lucky with a scholarship so my budget ATM is ¥80k-200k.
