How much in tolls and what specific cards do I need to drive from Tokyo to Chureito Pagoda. ( w/ link to route I plan to take)

I am planning on driving this specific route. I am going to rent a car via Toyota and get the optional ETC card, is that sufficient as far as going through tool booths?
