Are capsule hotels as noisy as western hostel dorms?

I slept better in capsule hotels than in my own bed, but they were all the kind with plastic on all sides except for the curtain. Would like to sleep in hostels in my own country because every other option is just so expensive! We actually have a few capsule hotels here but they all get bad reviews about noise
