Which hotel in Tokyo?

Tokyo american chain hotels around christmas are EXPENSIVE 😦 We found a few good deals for 4-5 star Japanese hotels but want to make sure A) they have a good breakfast B) westernized amenities and english proficient staff C) close to subway stop in either shibuya, shinjuku, gunna, or the toranmon/roppongi area in between D) lounge would be nice but not required

Any experience with these? Also looked into point redemptions but they are very high. Conrad tokyo is a dream hotel but so expensive 😭😭 Also are all hotels 2 person occupancy? We have 15 yo and 10 yo so we need 2 rooms in that event. I read up that Hyatt Place Kyoto and a few others in the region are four person occupancy (technically three, but a $50 fee for an extra bed). Are there any hotels in the 4-5 star class that have this capability so we are paying 200-250 a night and not 400+?
