Offered a job. But need to start a company. Visa options

So, as the title says, was offered by a brand to become a distributor in Japan.
It’s not a big brand or anything but they’re not satisfied with their current one in Japan and the guy asked me if I’m interested (he’s a friend of friend).

Now, here’s my problem.

I am currently on a humanities visa. I work for an eikawa. I make okay money for what it is.
Becoming a distributor is not a guarantee that I will make enough money (atm the brand is only in a few stores) so ideally I want to keep my eikawa gig and if things start to generate enough money to provide a sufficient living I would quit.

So obviously there’s the problem regarding visa.

As I understand it (and correct me if I’m wrong) i have the following options.

  1. Quit eikawa job and apply for the investor visa. This one I think is really high risk if it doesn’t pan out. And then i would have quit my job, failed at the business and lost my visa.

  2. I have a gf, we’re gonna get married next year. I’m assuming if I would get married and change to a spouse visa I could start the business? Doable but I don’t think getting married just because of a visa is the right thing to do. Marriage is serious to me.

  3. Ask my gf to start a company and then I work there “part time” (if immigration says okay but from what I’ve been able to read what I’m gonna do it’s allowed) until we get married and I change my visa.

  4. Keep my current visa and job and just skip the whole thing. Absolutely my last choice because this is a good opportunity but it would take a while to make it profitable enough to live on I think. It’s not an expensive brand so margins are low.

Do I have any other options or is there any of 4 different scenarios that are incorrect?

Any constructive opinions are welcomed or if you’ve done anything similar.
