Rental company ignoring me after repairs are incomplete

Hi all,

I posted earlier about a water damage situation in my kitchen that was fixed through the rental company. Just a couple days after, I realized that the faucet on my terrasse had no water. I use this faucet pretty much daily.

The rental company was contacted explaining this was due to the repair done and to fix it, it would require work they were basically not willing to do and that was it.

I replied complaining that if the work wasn't done properly, this would be for the repair company/them to take responsibility and not for me and that I needed it (I have an extensive garden which I water with a hose, this is the number one reason I picked this place). They have ignored me since for several weeks in spite of reminders.

Seeing the way it is going, I will have to seek counsel. I found something through my municipality but appointments take a while. In the meantime, I was wondering if you had advice.

I understand an outdoor faucet does not make the place unlivable, but it's a wild response. Similarly, if my washing machine had been outside, they would have just let me handle with moving it/find a spot for it? I have lived there several years and I love the place/the garden, but this is worrying me.
