My feet are about 31cm and I haven't been able to find decent socks anywhere. Even looking on Amazon the sizes and pickings are slim. Are there any stores you'd recommend where I might find larger sizes? I'm in Higashiosaka if that makes any difference. Thank you!

Amazon US will ship to Japan, but of course, there’s a shipping cost, and you may need a US address.
Did you checked uniqlo?
Mine are 30cm and I ended up buying the 29cm socks from Donki, which is usually the largest size they carry. They work fine, are comfortable, but won’t last long due to the unnatural stretch they’re exposed to. Not sure this will work at 31cm, however. Worth a try?
