find it very hard to actually reading this, from an OECD country in 2022
If your society is aging and there is a lack of doctors because of women retiring at the age of 24 because of marriage and/or having a baby, how would you solve this problem? Someday you, your parents, or grandparents might need to see a doctor but one might not be available.
I believe if japan’s population wasn’t aging and that women tended to work 60 hours a week until age 65, then the medical school did do harm. But that is not the case and this may seem like a classic case of “The Needs Of The Many Outweigh The Needs Of The Few.”
Serious question: how would you solve this problem?
