This is my first time in Japan
I bought a super exp (green car) from shin-Yokohama to Kyoto. It costs me ¥10000.
Then we were told to buy the fare ticket with it.
It cost me ¥8000.
Why is there an option to just buy 1 ticket, is there an exception? Also is the price normal or did I pay to much?
