Looking to explore options for elder care home (Rojin homes) in Japan who accept foreigners and are friendly, good service including hospital/medicine/doctor support.
Husband & wife together looking for senior assisted living support or Rojin home. Husband long time resident in Japan, PR holder, bilingual, wife Japanese, no children. Post retirement looking to plan for such housing support.
Also would need doctor/medical support as required.
Location ideally Kanto, Kansai or Fukuoka in that order of priority.
Budget looking at max ¥500,000/month
Anyone has experience on this front and can share information would be appreciated.
