Kyoto/Uji 4 days itinerary (and reality) check

Hello, I am going slightly mad trying to figure out our Kyoto/Uji itinerary in November/December.

Please let me know how I can optimise it, in terms of distance between different locations, and if it makes sense to you (for example, is it even worth it walking the Philosopher's Path in December)?

Friday 29th of Nov – Arrival in Tokyo Haneda early morning and then straight to Kyoto via Shinkansen

After check-in, early afternoon walk of:

Shoren-in
Chion-in
Yasaka Shrine
Kodaji
Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka
arrival at Kyomizu-dera for autumn night illuminations

Question: do you guys think such a walk is doable, or would it be too exhausting on the very first day (after a long-haul flight…)? The temple illuminations at Kyomizu-dera only last until the 30th of November, but we would be in Uji that day. Are the temple illuminations worth it?

Saturday 30th of November

Nintendo museum, then Uji exploration:
ILady Murasaki statue
Byodo-in Omotesando
Byodoin (Tea room Toka, Hoshokan museum) – is this worth visiting?
Fukujuen Uji Tei
Uji Shrine
Ujigami Shrine
Koshoji
Ujibashi bridge
Nakamura Tokichi Honten

Sunday 1st of December

Waterway Bridge
Nanzen-ji Temple & Nanzen-ji Oku-no-in Temple (if possible, seems a bit tricky to find irl)
Eikan-dō Temple
Okazaki Shrine
Tetsugaku No Michi (Philosopher’s path)
Hōnenin Temple
Ginkaku-ji Temple

Kinkakuji Temple – I really didn't know where else to put it

Question: shall we partially replace today's activities with something else, or cut something?

Monday 2nd of December

Nijo castle
Nishiki Market
Tōfuku-ji Temple
Fushimi Inari Taisha (we don't plan to climb it all)

In the evening, Gion:

Kennin-ji
Hanamikoji Street
Shimbashi via Shijodori
Shinmonzen-dori or Furumonzen-dori

Any feedback would be really appreciated!
