We are staying in the Otemachi area & seeing some friends for the night. Looking for recommendations for cool bars/nightlife around North Toyko. It will be a Monday in December.
We are staying in Shinjuku on our later return to Tokyo so will experience it then or is it just best to go there both times for a good night out?
