Birth experience in Nagano Japan and hospital recommendations

Hello! Are there any hospitals in Nagano city that allow my husband to be there during birth?

I’d love to know which hospitals are highly recommended. English friendly would also be a plus, but not a must.

I’ve read that visitation is very limited after birth. I’d prefer for my husband to be able to visit everyday if possible.
