i worked in japanese small-middle sized company as a production engineer and it stated me as an engineer on offering letter. It,s been 4 month since I joined this company. But, right now sometimes I forced to do some labor work that violate my work visa (gijinkoku visa). And I think my skills stuck at this company, do I have to tell them that this is illegal or should I just look for another company? Until right now I even didn't get company laptop and email, which is bad.
