Hi! My fiancée and I are honeymooning in Japan for 14 days starting April 2. We are going to do over night stays at: Tokyo (3 nights at beginning of trip and 3 at the end); Hakone (1 night); Osaka (2 nights); Kyoto (3 nights); Shibu Onsen (2 nights). We are definitely doing Nara as a day trip, and are looking into a day trip for 1-2 of these places: Kobe, Kamakura, Uji, Kuruma, Kawagoe, Yokohama.
What have been your favorite daytrips from this list? And also, what would you recommend regarding amount of day trips (is 2-3 day trips in a 14 day trip too many)?
