How can I find the Smartex app?

It doesn’t come up on the iOS store any more. If I go on google and type it in then click the link it says app is not available….

Need to book a Shinkansen tomorrow to get from Kobe to Hiroshima so does anyone know an alternative way to do it? We have large rucksacks with us so probably need baggage space
