Did anyone manage to get into Rakuten Mobile with a resident card with less than one year, by going to a shop for example?
I know for a fact that some people managed to get into it but how???
I’m highly annoyed at how complex it is (just like other things) for foreigners, we’re not even humans but just « dates and numbers » at this point.

Yes I did it but did so on the first day of my residence card. Now I have 5 years, but I’m no longer with Rakuten because they’re pretty shit.
I did it as soon as arrived with my student visa at Bic Camera, without credit card, direct debit on the bank account, “normal” 2/3 hours of application and ok.
