is there an easier way to quickly do this? i’m not a mathemetician i just wanna know how much of something i’m eating without staring at the label for 5 minutes (my username’s ironic btw i’m an idiot)
Nutrition labels already have this information, and the order of the macros are (usually) standardized. You get the calories first, then protein, fat and carbohydrates in grams.
If you still CBA to read the label, just scan the barcode with MyFitnessPal and you get your nutritional info right there on your phone.
