“Small-scale” Idol concert in Tokyo?

I don’t follow the Idol scene at all but, but I’m curious to see what all the “fuss” is about 🙂
Only, I’d like to take a small bite first instead of ending up in Tokyo Dome…

Is there an easy way to look for “small-scale” Idol concerts in Tokyo, where you only need to show up at the venue in time? The popularity of the group is irrelevant for a beginner like me 😀

Thank you for your suggestions 🙂

There used to be a lot more before Covid. A huge multi-level concert hall closed in Shibuya and the area is generally less active since, but it’s picking up again. Websites specifically about idol groups are your best bet.

I went to this one two years ago, it was pretty fun

  2. A friend of mine invited me to one for free.

Since Free is . . .free, I went. wasn’t much to write home about, but it was interesting. Would I do it again? probably not.

  3. A horde of older men who smoke and have the most disgusting teeth screaming fire 🔥 at younger women.
