Hi. Does anyone have experience teaching with NOVA as the “middleman”? Specifically teaching at a senmongakko/other private institution but you’re actually contracted with NOVA, not the private institution?
Just wondering about other people’s experiences. I’ve taught at senmongakko before and am wondering in what ways the experience might be different.

Not NOVA, but I have worked at senmongakko both directly and another time with a middle agency.
Differences: lower pay with a middleman as they take a portion of the pay, higher requirement to “do as your told” with a middleman so less flexibility to teach my own way.
