I have been wanting to try melatonin gummies, but I cannot seem to find any supplements in Japan in which melatonin is the main ingredient. I can find different sorts of “sleep supplements” which combine a number of different substances, but don’t specify the amount of melatonin in it. But my Japanese might be too bad to fully understand the packaging.
Can anyone recommend a melatonin gummy supplement that I can buy in Tokyo?

I used to order them from the US but apparently melatonin has been put on some sort of illegal import list? Not sure but regardless I can no longer get them from abroad 🙁
iHerb! Don’t even bother with the walk-in clinics. They have hard limits on how much they can sell you and the strength
You can only order one container from iHerb per order, but nothing is stopping you from making multiple orders.
Also coupons online are easy to find, google for those before paying
