It is my first time trying to learn japanese using manga, my teacher recommended me to do it and I\`m trying to do one panel per day, maybe even slower than that. So, this is the whole sentence –

So, it seems 人は彼等を means \`\`people call them\`\` but then at the end there is the 呼ぶ, which also means -to call, so what is its correct use? Thanks in advance

People call them “hunters”, that’s the whole sentence
No 人は彼等を does not mean anything to do with calling, it means “as for person/people, them…”
The whole sentence means “people call them hunter/s”.
呼ぶ functions as to call as in “call me” as well as to be named. “They are called….” That’s why it’s paired with と。と呼ぶ means “X is called….”
The topic is other people (general), them is the direct object of the verb, hunter is the modifier of the verb (ie, what they call them) and call is the verb.
呼ぶ is both “call” as in “shout” or “summon” and “call” as in “refer to.”
救急車を呼んでください！Call (for) an ambulance!
うちの犬はパンチョと呼んでいる。Our dog is called Pancho.
Your translation of 人は彼などを is inaccurate; the word “call” is not present in this part of the sentence. The correct literal translation of the whole sentence is “As for people, [humans] like him “hunters” are called.” Or in plain English, “The people call his kind hunters”.
