Can you ship nail polish inside Japan through couriers such as Yamato, etc.?

Hi guys, my mum sent me some nail polish from our home country with a friend who was there. Now she lives in Osaka, and I’m in Tokyo. I know that you can’t ship nail polish internationally, but I have been ordering and getting some from Amazon inside Japan. Just wanted to check if anyone has any more info about this? No matter how much I look, I can only find the information for international shipping.
