these multi-fish rolls look great for instagram, but make no sense from a flavor perspective. Sushi should highlight and celebrate the intricacies of a certain fish. On special occasions two fish can pair nicely together…But cramming 5 different fish into one roll is just gonna taste confused. Looks nice tho
