I am currently in a language school and I am planning to apply to a work visa soon. However, I am not finished with the language school but I do have a degree in my home country.
From what I’ve read, one of the requirements by ISA from the applicant is a certificate of graduation/completion.
Is this certificate of graduation from my home country where I got my degree? Or is this from the language school certifying I have finished the language course?

They want your university degree, they don’t care about language schools.
Unless there’s some other requirement when switching from student to work visa, usually work visa means they want an actual university degree.
