6. Looks great!! Where do you get sushi grade fish in such small quantity? When I make sushi for 2, I have to stick to 3 types of fish or I will have too much fish leftover.

7. So you bought 10 different kinds of fish (at least) for 1 meal?

   I mean certainly possible…do you have access from a restaurant job?
