Google translate is your best bet if you really just want translations with latin alphabet. If you want to learn Japanese i would recommend just studying hiragana and katakana, really no way around those
Several of the free ones that use crowdsourced data sources have romaji options, e.g. “imiwa?”.
The Google Translate app also shows romaji, but the downside is the translations are oftentimes just wrong and misleading.
Unfortunately all the actually good ones I can think of don’t do romaji.
