I am pretty sure it’s 玄米茶 (brown rice tea / tea with roasted rice), not sure about the translation but that’s what came up when I used a dictionary app.
Could be barley tea.
usually its houji cha but yesterday I went and it was genmai-cha
maybe they have both, or depends on location and availability
don’t forget, you can always just ask whoever served you: kore, nani cha desuka? これ、何茶ですか?
