Best way to get from Kawaguchiko to Yokohama (specifically Sakuragicho station)?

Hi, planning a trip with the SO and trying to figure out transportation. We will be leaving our Ryokan in Kawaguchiko and will need to travel to Yokohama (specifically Sakuragicho station) on a Friday morning. Does anyone know what is the best and quickest way to get there? Tried searching online but could not find much on this.
