I am learning Japanese, and I struggle a bit with memorizing kanji. The question is are there websites such as Playphrase but in Japanese, where I can input a word, for example 本 (book), and the website will show me some clips from either movies, videos or anime with this context?

Sounds like you want to teach something other than English. That requires a teaching license from your home country and generally two years experience teaching as well.
That’s where you you need to start. Good luck!
Look at international schools and possibly private schools. Public school system is basically impossible for you to teach those subjects in.

There are usually quite a lot of direct hire positions listed on that site.

These will occasionally have school positions but they mostly advertise university jobs.
Maths and science positions are much harder to fill than English ones so you should have an advantage. Although not essential it would definitely be a plus if you got some experience teaching in the Japanese school system first. ALT experience definitely counts for something plus it’ll probably be your easiest route into the country. Schools looking to hire directly wont consider people that aren’t already living in Japan and although the borders are closed, when they do eventually open it’ll be ALT dispatch companies that’ll be hiring people from outside first.
Try Search Associates, ISS, TieOnline. Pay for Cat. 1 workshops in IB for your subjects.
Good luck
