Patience, courage, reflection, paperwork, maybe a lawyer, go back to the first and repeat until done.
off topic: remind me the episode of simpsons when Bart “divorced” from his parents.
BTW i guess a lawyer can resolve better this kind of situation.
What meaningful legal connection would you have with your parents? Are you a minor? If not I assume you’d just have to deal with things like a will to ensure they don’t get anything from you when you die, if you die before them
I know some japanese people that did this in Japan, just move somewhere else, dont tell them your new address, never reply to their messages or calls, just block them. Thats it.
Uh, same as anyone else, change your address, get a new phone number, get new email addresses and delete your social media accounts
How old are you?

As for them not knowing, it’s impossible to cut them off without them knowing that you’re trying to cut them off, but that should be obvious, I think
If one of your parents is Japanese I don’t think it is the same as anywhere else necessarily, there are some weird legal things about kids ending up responsible for their parents. I think you’d have to talk to a lawyer to get yourself taken off the Koseki possibly (also possibly not, this is me half remembering things but I really think the advice that I am seeing here assuming there’s be legal connection anymore might be incorrect)
