Watching figure skating in California

Hey Reddit

TLDR: How can I access entire figure skating competitions (e.g. Skate America, Skate Canada, NHK, etc.) from California?

My wife is from Japan, and is extremely passionate about figure skating. We are living in California and the coverage of figure skating here is not good. I’m reaching out to several reddit communities to see if I can find a way to get her better access. It is a stretch to reach out to this community, since it seems most of the members are in Japan, but I thought someone here might have some ideas for her.

I’ve been trying to do everything I can to get her access to skating competitions. I’ve bought the Comcast cable package that includes the most coverage. I’ve purchased Peacock which shows some highlights. But still we are pretty far off from what she wants to see. Also, on Peacock there is no commentary. They often just show the performance. She likes the commentary as well. The free version of youtube has some clips. Not sure if the premium package would stream the whole thing.

I’m hoping Reddit can offer some solutions. There’s got to be a way for her to get access to the whole competition. Any suggestions?
