Canadians, where could I get a “Note from a physician stating you are in good health” without a family doctor?

I need this for my WHV application. I haven’t had a family doctor in since I was a young child and there’s virtually no hope of getting a family doctor in my city, does anyone with experience know if a note from a walk-in clinic or city hospital would be sufficient? Or is there any alternative I can tap into?
